Information we collect

When you contact us through this website, we collect the details you provide: your name, job title, resort or company name, work email, phone number, resort location and the information you share about your owner program. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate program fit.

Owner information

Information submitted by participating condo owners—photos, unit details and personal welcome messages—is used to create and maintain that owner’s Showcase within their resort’s approved program. It is reviewed by the owner and by the resort administrator before release.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Program information is shared with the relevant resort for administrative review, and with service providers required to operate the platform.
