For resorts
A new marketing channel built around the owners you already have
Resort Owner Showcase coordinates individual owner marketing under one resort-approved program—without a new website, a new booking engine or a loss of brand control.
The underused value of owner networks
Owner networks reach people traditional advertising rarely does
Owners talk about the resort to family, colleagues, neighbors and friends. Those conversations already happen. What is usually missing is a professional, consistent place to send someone who asks, “Where do you stay?”
Personal credibility
A recommendation from an owner carries more weight than a paid placement.
Untapped audiences
Each owner reaches a different circle, region and profession.
Consistent presentation
One program standard replaces scattered, inconsistent owner postings.
Resort control
What the resort controls
Resort management sets the standards, approves what is published and decides when each Showcase is released.
- Brand standards
- Approved resort information
- Booking links
- Program participation
- Administrative approval
- Release timing
Owner experience
What participating owners receive
Optional elements are confirmed per program and are not automatically included for every resort.
- A custom-named Showcase page
- A resort-approved design and layout
- A personal welcome message and condo story
- Unit photography, features and amenities
- Resort and destination information
- An approved booking connection
- A personal, shareable Showcase link
- Sharing resources for their own network
How booking remains connected
Each Showcase includes a resort-approved booking connection. Interested guests continue through the same reservation path the resort uses today—its rental program, booking engine or reservations team. Resort Owner Showcase does not process reservations, payments or guest agreements.
Booking links are validated with the resort before any Showcase is released, and can be updated if the resort changes systems.
Program sizes
Start with the right-sized program
10–25 participating units
A focused pilot for boutique and independent condo resorts.
26–100 participating units
A scalable owner-marketing program for established resort communities.
100+ participating units
A structured rollout with owner onboarding, administrative review and coordinated release.
The pilot-program option
A pilot lets the resort evaluate the program with a small, manageable group—often 10 to 25 owners—before any broader rollout. The resort reviews the Showcases, the owner experience and the administrative effort involved, then decides whether and how to expand.
Operations
How the program runs day to day
Administrative workflow
A designated resort administrator reviews owner submissions, confirms approved resort information and booking links, and authorizes each Showcase for release.
Owner communication
Owner invitations, reminders and status updates follow the resort’s preferred tone and timing, so owner relations stays consistent with existing communication.
Optional marketing resources
Sharing guidance and social-marketing resources can be added for owners who want help promoting their Showcase. Availability is confirmed per program.
